What we make
Stationery. Calling cards, folded notes, and correspondence sets pressed on 300 gsm cotton.
Editions. Short-run poetry chapbooks and broadsides, numbered and signed.
Commissions. Wedding suites, wine labels, and studio marks set from metal and wood type.
The press
Two restored Heidelberg platens and a proofing press live in a courtyard workshop off Miera iela. We mix our own oil-based inks and dry sheets on the line, the way the trade has always done it.
Visiting
The studio is open by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays. Bring a sketch or just an idea — most projects begin over coffee and a drawer of typefaces.
